Mountain Man Dreams
This mountain man has gone down the mountain to trade and is now headed back home to his cabin, a warm fire, and the woman he loves. Simplifying our needs and desires can make life a lot easier, whether we’re a mountain man or not. We can start that goal wherever we are.
Mixed media (mostly ballpoint and colored pencil with a little bit of white gel pen) on watercolor paper. It’s approximately 22×27 inches.

Who Are They?
This was a life and death question for the mountain men. Are they Blackfoot, Crow, or white scoundrels?
This mountain man has three advantages: a spyglass, a Hawken rifle, and his expert marksmanship.
If they are enemies or threats, they could be in for a big surprise. If they are friends, it could be a nice day for a visit and some trading.
